The Wendy's Crew Member is resposible for providing excellent customer service to our guests.

As the Crew Member, some of your responsibilities may be to :

  1. Interact with customers in a pleasant and up-beat fashion
  2. Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn,reliable,and above all honest
  3. Maintain a safe working condition
  4. Anticipate and identify problems and help find solutions
  5. Follow the direction of the Wendy's shift manager
